Shipping policy
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Shipping Rates
- United States: Free shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
- Canada: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by Canadian customs.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12pm PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or holidays.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of your order confirmation, email us at [support@dapsfashion.com].
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Contact your local carrier
- File a claim with the carrier
We're happy to help you navigate the claims process, but cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us immediately and we'll update it if possible.
